MAGAZINE SPREAD

The magazine spread design Implements three elements that I wanted to be prevalent throughout the entirety of the design. That being flow, water, and fish (the magazine topic). The flow being the guiding factor of the page, as well as the fish helping guide the eyes through the various different information sources. I also wanted the Futura typeface to really catch the attention of the readers eyes as well as keeping the paragraph portions sorted well, and easy to read.

Process Iterations

During the iteration process, It was a struggle for me to cohesively order the type around the fish. However, I finally deviled a system that I felt was possible for expansion.
